Meets Mondays and Thursdays 10 – 11 am
Beginning Monday, April 17 ends Thursday, May 25
Free and open to the public
Living Strong was developed by Tufts University to help older adults maintain their independence by increasing strength, muscle mass and bone density. Balance exercises help to decrease the likelihood of falls. No equipment required.
*Participants should obtain clearance from their primary care physician.
