Have you ever wished you could draw cartoons or create your own comic strip? Look no further than the upcoming cartooning class we have planned!

Cartooning with Robert Brunelle

Saturday, September 17, 1 – 4 pm

This event is free. Ages 15-Adult.

No prior experience needed. Sign up required.

In this class students will learn the basics of cartooning. Topics covered will include: Designing a cartoon character, drawing the character in various poses, setting up panels for comic strips or comic books, adding speech balloons and sound effects, inking and coloring a finished cartoon, and using a digital tablet to draw cartoons on a computer. 

Robert Waldo Brunelle Jr is the author of the political cartoon strip Mr. Brunelle Explains It All, which appears in Seven Days, Funny Times and Humor Times.
